Verizon and the Saygus VPhone with Skype?

There has been reports that Verizon and Skype, the two are in the process of making a VOIP capable phone. It leads us to the Saygus VPhone. This phone is capable of VOIP as well as video chat.

This relatively unknown US manufacturer will surely make a huge splash into the world of  Android and other handsets in general, if they can maneuver into been the first VOIP/Video chat mobile phone available for a US carrier.
