Toshiba has made their oft-rumored Folio 100 tablet official. It has been announced at IFA after sitting on the show floor for people to point at for awhile.

It sounds impressive till now. Toshiba is also claiming that their new device will get around 7 hours of battery life through regular use – which is 65% web, 10% video, 25% standby. This device and a weighs around of 1.7 pounds. It comes with Opera browser included, along with Toshiba Media Player, FBReader, Fring, Documents To Go and Evernote. Toshiba has put the price at €399. Toshiba says that it will be releasing in the Middle East, Europe and African markets also.
