Rogers Wireless have today announced the launch of the LG Eve, the first Android powered handset from LG Electronics.
The LG Eve (also known as the LG GW620 and LG Etna), was first spotted at a German trade show back in September, but up until now hasn’t been associated with any mobile carrier or release date.

LG’s first Android phone, the LG Etna, has been spotted at the IFA trade show in Germany. On display at the Vodafone booth, the LG Etna features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard similar to the HTC G1, and will include a 3-inch touchscreen display, and a 5 mega-pixel camera.
