moseycode

This is the first release of Moseycode, an Android application for sharing interactive augmented-reality barcodes. This is an early access release that is targetted at other Android application developers. The hope is that some developers may want to integrate Moseycode within their application – conversely they may see reasons for Moseycode to be integrated with their applications. Either way, this release is for them.

As much as possible, Metawidget does this without introducing new technologies. It inspects, at runtime, an application’s existing back-end architecture (such as JavaBeans, annotations, XML configuration files) and creates components native to its existing front-end framework (such as Swing, Java Server Faces, Struts or Android). ItzyBitItzyBit is a library and web service providing the independent Android developer with capabilities for payment processing and copy protection. ItzyBit is a Micropayment system, allowing developers to charge small amounts with multiple billing models, such as subscriptions and per-use charges. ItzyBit also handles user registration, allowing developers to contact and manage their user base. The Android SDK provided by Google doesn’t provide any camera emulation beyond a stand-in animation. Since Google haven’t yet provided a working implementation (or even a date by which one will be available), I’m publishing the source code for a set of temporary classes that I wrote to overcome this limitation.
